COURSE: The 50k run: combines the existing 30k loop around the lake with an out and back on the Rogue River Trail just past the Highway 62 bridge and a roughly 10k out and back section down the hill from the dam, underneath the highway and then up the ridges on the South Side of Highway 62 to scenic Viewpoint Mike, where the granite forms a lookout, overlooking the Lake and the entirety of the 50k Course. Runners will have to descend back down to the road to go under and back up the hill to continue the loop after catching these breathtaking views. There are aid stations every 4-5 miles. The overall 50k cutoff is 7:30.

30k run: The most traditional of Lost Creek distances. The 30k circumnavigates the lake counter clockwise. It passes waterfalls, views of the Rogue River, volcanic lava fields and the dam. There are roughly 2 mi. pavement, 1 mi. gravel roads including dam. 15.6 mi. single track trails. 3 aid stations. 1,744 ft. elevation gain. There is a 4 hour cutoff and there are three aid stations fully stocked with energy drink, ultra foods and gels. Must be 15 years old for 30k.

30K Relay: Same course as the 30K with handoff at the aid station at 10.6 miles. The second leg is 8 miles.

5k run: is a loop on bike path and trails in the park. 440 ft. elevation gain. No aid station.
